TEFLen Training College is an IARC accredited member. Employer recognition is not universal and depends on the role, training-hour requirement, location and the applicant's wider eligibility. Many career-focused vacancies request at least 120 hours of TEFL training, and a certificate cannot replace degree, experience, language, visa or work-permit requirements.
The course is self-paced, so completion time depends on your schedule and study pace. It contains 40 hours of learning and includes 12 months of access, allowing you to plan study around other commitments.
